- We accept return within 1 day after delivery in case of any issue, defective product or damaged product only.
- Products without its original packaging, incomplete packaging will not eligible for return.
- Partial products without its accessories and parts will not be eligible for returns.
- Wavehertz reserve the right to cancel the return if we did not find any issue with returned product during quality check which is mentioned by customer while raising return request.
- Wavehertz accept order cancellation request within 24 hours of order placement. If you want to cancel the order please contact our customer care support within 24 hours with your order ID and details
- Orders once shipped will not eligible for return.
- Order cancellation charges will be applicable equivalent to payment gateway transaction charges(Generally 2.5% of the order value) in case of payment mode via Credit card. Debit card.
